Digital Marketing Specialist
About the Role As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will help businesses improve their visibility, attract relevant audiences and turn digital activity into measurable business opportunities. You will work across website content, SEO, social media, digital campaigns and performance analysis, while working closely with the wider SNT Bridge team.

About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for SNT Bridge and its clients.
- Manage and improve website content, landing pages and online user journeys.
- Plan and create engaging content for social media and other digital channels.
- Support SEO activities, keyword research and online visibility improvements.
- Help manage digital advertising campaigns when required.
- Monitor website traffic, engagement, leads and campaign performance.
- Analyse results and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
- Research target audiences, competitors and market opportunities.
- Support content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Work with business and technology teams to align digital activities with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and online conversion.
What we are looking for
- Experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Good understanding of SEO, social media marketing and digital content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyse marketing and website performance data.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong interest in helping businesses achieve measurable results.

- Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Google Ads
- Meta Business Suite
- Canva or similar content-creation tools
- CRM and lead-generation platforms
- Marketing automation tools
